We accept Project Pitches at any time (24/7) and 365 days a year. Typically, it takes about one 14 days to get an official response from Sim-Poly

Once you submit your proposal, Sim-Poly reviews it and provide feedback.

- In some cases, a follow-on due diligence process will be conducted, in which you will be asked by Sim-Poly to provide additional information or to answer questions.
- We'll notify you whether your proposal is accepted or declined. Official communications about the status of your proposal will be via email to the address listed. If your proposal is awarded.

What to expect when proposal is awarded:

- In most cases, parts will need to be modified for 3D print manufacturability, which you will be asked by Sim-Poly to provide additional information or to answer questions.
- Physical models will go to for Beta Testing.
- We'll notify you when we finalize your design.
PROGRAM SPECIFICATIONS:
- Receive a Design Certificate for every accepted design.
- Commission rate of 5% on every sale of your design.
- Payments are sent every month for the previous month's commissions.
